HeartSpace Wellness was created to support women navigating midlife, stress, and life transitions — in a way that feels grounded, realistic, and sustainable.

My work brings together psychology, movement, nutrition, and nervous system support to help women reconnect with their body and build strength in a way that fits into real life.

My Story

Hi, I’m Esther.

My journey into this work has been shaped by both personal experience and professional training.

Growing up, I witnessed my mother navigate peri-menopause at a time when there was very little understanding or support. That experience stayed with me.

Years later, through my own journey and studies, I began to see how many women still feel overwhelmed, unsupported, and unsure of what’s happening in their bodies during this phase of life.

More recently, my own experience navigating a major health transition deepened this work in a very real way.

It shifted how I understand recovery, energy, and what it truly means to rebuild — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

My Background

Before starting HeartSpace Wellness, I spent years working in corporate hospitality, where high demands, long hours, and constant pressure were part of everyday life.

This gave me a deeper understanding of how stress, fatigue, and burnout quietly build over time — and how easily they become normalised, especially for women balancing multiple roles at work and at home.

My Approach

My approach is psychology-informed and body-based.

I use a structured framework — the HOME Method™ — to help women:

• understand their body and stress responses
• support their energy and recovery
• build sustainable habits
• create alignment in how they live and work

In practice, this comes down to supporting how we rest, eat, move, and align our lives in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

This work is not about quick fixes or doing more.
It’s about learning how to support your body and mind in a way that actually lasts.

• Organisations looking to better support women in the workplace

My work also extends to supporting women through other life stages, including pre and postnatal phases, where similar foundations of care and recovery are needed.

This is offered through workshops, small group programmes, and personalised support.

I believe wellness is not about doing everything perfectly —
but about learning how to support yourself in a way that is sustainable, realistic, and aligned with your life.
